From wedding s’mores bars to bon fire nights, we’re pretty much obsessed with s’mores these days, but our favorite way to enjoy them is served up in a martini glass. We are slipping out of our skinny jeans and into our coziest Coco Serendipity Robe to create something so yummy, we just may make it a double. Enjoy this sweetest ever S’mores Martini recipe; we are slipping ours into some mugs and heading down to the beach to roast these babies at the fire pits. Recipe and bon fire beauties below.

Cheers to this delish S’mores And More Martini.

INGREDIENTS

  • Ice, as needed
  • 1 ounce Baileys
  • 2 ounces vanilla-flavored vodka
  • Chocolate syrup, for serving
  • Graham Crackers for the rim
  • Marshmallow fluff, for serving (we prefer charring our marshmallows with our favorite girls by the fire)

DIRECTIONS

Shake Baileys and vanilla-flavored vodka over ice. Go ahead and sample the Bailey’s, we know you want to. Place Graham Crackers in a small plastic baggie, smash them. Go ahead, get mad. For the rim, squirt a bit of chocolate syrup onto a shallow plate, sprinkle with crushed Graham Cracker, Rim a glass with chocolate syrup and then press in graham crackers. Then, dip the rim of your glass into the mix. Go ahead and give a little extra squirt of chocolate if you’ve done some extra gym time this week. We know we have (not). Char the marshmallow over a flame to the desired crispiness. Add it to the cocktail and sip that baby like you deserve it!

*Note, I did not know this, but roasting marshmallows on a wire hanger is a no no. It’s just not healthy so go with a bamboo skewer or stainless steel skewer.
